Shoals Elementary School third graders enjoyed learning about Thanksgiving this year, especially with their very own Thanksgiving Feast.
This year’s feast was held at Fairview United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
Jenifer Bullington was the volunteer leader of the event. She had help serving the food from other third grade parents, Lyle Bullington, Jennifer Sammons, Mandy Sawyers and Celene Rehberg. Special helpers were Sandra Scott, Wallye Jones, and the Fairview United Methodist Church Pastor Duncan Martin.
The students had the opportunity to play Thanksgiving Bingo after enjoying the Thanksgiving meal prepared by Lowe’s Foods in King.
